While we all dream about getting rid of our bad contracts a couple of trades have gone down.

First, the Lobes send Tejada and Vazquez to the Stocks for Pedro (back to Minnesota for Pedro)

Then the Lobes stayed busy sending minor leaguer Brad Snyder to the 500 for Jon Lieber.

Bees get Francisco Cordero and Adam Johnson

A pretty big trade has gone down as the 500 and Wilders exchange their big free agent "prizes" from last year:

500 get Randy Johnson and Pokey Reese

Wilders get Adrian Beltre and Octavio Dotel

The Orangutans send 1B Carlos Delgado to the Toilet for SP Esteban Loaiza.

500 gets 2B Ron Belliard
Tomcats get SP Denny Bautista

500 gets John Rheinecker
Toilet gets David Bush, J.P. Howell and Matt Lawton

The League of Champions Most Valuable Player. The Man. The King of Kings. The..um...uh...oh, it's ARod. This is his third Ricky (to go along with his 4 Mitchells). And, no, there is no truth to the nasty rumor that he lost one of his Mitchells in an illegal poker game to Gina Gershon. Now, his ability to hit in the postseason, that I cannot confirm or deny.
